Business Growth Project Officer

Job Introduction

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Project Officer to join the Business Growth team. Working in a specialist service area that supports the development, delivery and monitoring of projects, programmes and initiatives, you will play a vital role in the delivery of some of the Mayoral Combined Authorities key projects, with a focus on the continued success of the West of England Good Employment Charter.

Core to the Project Officer role will be the ability to work confidently across a range of project disciplines and related tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of the Charter. These include:

  • Business engagement.
  • Marketing and communication, able to produce social media, web content and promotional documents to a high standard.
  • Event management.
  • Stakeholder management.
