Communications and Engagement Support Officer (Infrastructure)

Job Introduction

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Communications and Engagement Co-ordinator to support our Infrastructure Directorate.

You’ll be working on some exciting projects aiming to improve sustainable transport choices for residents in the region.

Your key responsibilities would help focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:

  • Drafting social media and digital content
  • Supporting in consultation and engagement planning and delivery
  • Writing and editing copy for a variety of channels
  • Liaising with designers to create communications materials
  • Running and managing events both in-person and online
