Employment and Skills Project Coordinator

Job Introduction

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Project Coordinator, to join the Employment and Skills team. Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:

  • Support the senior team and their Project Managers/teams with all aspects of project development and delivery including planning, delivering, and reporting of all types.
  • Play a key in maintaining the Skills Connect microsite ensuring content is up to date and an accurate representative of skills provision and wider services across the region.
  • Help support coordination of a variety of employability and skills programmes supporting with funding rounds, project initiation, reporting and monitoring including evaluation.
  • Provide internal and external communication and marketing support including event coordination.
