Job Introduction
The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Funding Officer to join the Grant Management and Assurance team. Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:
• Using project management skills and processes, contribute to the proper management of the West of England Combined Authority funding programme spanning a number of funding streams
• Ensure accurate and timely payments are made to grant recipients including carrying out necessary checks.
• Work with other members of the Team to put in place funding Grant Funding Agreements and to monitor delivery against these agreements
