HR Administrator

Job Introduction

We have an opportunity for talented administrator to join our HR Team, supporting with generalist HR administration to provide support across the function on various recruitment and learning and development aspects. The role works alongside another administrator to support the function and acts as a first point of contact for all HR queries.

You will also support the Recruitment Partner with the administration of the full recruitment cycle, including placing adverts, search & selection, candidate management, employment checks and contracts. A good understanding of the 360 recruitment lifecycle within an internal HR team and utilisation of various online platforms will be advantageous.

As well as having excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, you will also be proficient with all Microsoft IT packages, be able demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, and also have an understand how the HR function operates within an organisation.      

We welcome part time applicants who could work a minimum of 4 days, with Friday as a working day.
