HR Advisor

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join a HR team at the thriving and growing West of England Combined Authority as a HR Advisor.

As the HR Advisor, you will be an integral part of a small and busy team, and you will be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills with a passion for working with people.  You will partner with key stake holders to provide expert advice on operational and non-operational HR policies, including sickness absence, performance, recruitment and probation and disciplinary. You will also support the HR Business Partner in delivering corporate objectives and strategies, including Learning and Development projects. 

As well as having excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, you will also be proficient with all Microsoft IT packages, be able demonstrate excellent customer service, and confident with the delivery of training across the organisation both virtually and face to face.

The role is full time (37 hours) and permanent. We run a fully flexible hybrid working approach where you would be required to work in the office the equivalent of 1 to 2 days a week, and then from home for the remaining time.
