Please Note: The application deadline for this job has now passed.

Job Introduction

From infrastructure project delivery to managing the internal workplace environment, our Health and Safety agenda is large and varied – and our recent growth and maturity as an Authority has highlighted the need for a talented Health and Safety professional to ensure that we not only meet our statutory obligations, but strive for industry best practice across all of our activities.

You will combine your proven strategic leadership of Health and Safety in a complex organisation with a flair for clear and precise communication at all levels. You will be equally comfortable developing a suite of corporate policies and rolling your sleeves up to take direct action in ensuring continuous improvement of our Health and Safety landscape.
