We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Housing Retrofit Manager to deliver significant new projects in housing retrofit The Housing Retrofit Project Manager will lead the SW Energy Hub’s work on home energy efficiency across the wider south west including developing and implementing a programme of energy efficiency improvements, coordinating external delivery services and local authority participation. This will deliver a multi-million pound investment in energy inefficient homes of lower income households – helping to reduce carbon emissions and fuel poverty. The Green Homes Grants Local Authority Delivery Phase 2 is funded by the Department of Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS). Crucially, successful candidates will use their experience of energy efficiency projects, supply chain engagement, contract and grant management experience to implement an agreed delivery model and lead sourcing activity, with support from our Procurement Team. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact to tackle fuel poverty and the climate emergency.
