Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Job Introduction

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Monitoring and Evaluation Manger. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate evaluator to join the Analysis team and lead the delivery of robust, meaningful evaluations, managing a significant portfolio of work. 

Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:

  • Being an evaluation expert; using your knowledge and experience to lead evaluation work and strengthen our practices;
  • Developing excellent stakeholder relationships at a senior level; leading a collaborative approach to evaluation in service areas; 
  • Pro-actively supporting the organisation to learn from evaluation and take action; 
  • Synthesising evaluation insights and communicating these to a diverse range of audiences.
