Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Job Introduction

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Monitoring and Evaluation Manger. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate evaluator to join the Analysis team and lead the design and delivery of robust, meaningful evaluations across our Infrastructure Directorate.

Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:

  • Being expert in evaluation; using your knowledge and experience to lead evaluation work in the area of transport and infrastructure and strengthen practices;
  • Developing excellent stakeholder relationships at a senior level;
  • Managing a significant portfolio of programme and project evaluations for our City Regional Sustainable Transport Settlement schemes;
  • Pro-actively supporting the organisation to learn from evaluation and act; 
  • Synthesising evaluation insights and communicating these to a range of audiences.
