Job Introduction
The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a PMO Analyst, to join the Infrastructure PMO team. Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:
- supporting the Reporting Lead in running the monthly reporting process
- supporting regular project health checks and other delivery assurance checks as required
- produce programme and portfolio level reports
- assuring data quality to support effective and timely decision making
- provide training and support to staff
Are you someone who is focussed on attention to detail, able to summarise complex information coherently for senior stakeholders and ultimately always focuses on delivery?
The ideal candidate is someone who has a keen eye for detail, who can look at what different data sets are telling them to see the whole story. We are looking for someone who likes to understand and ask questions. Power BI, data visualisation and project systems experience would be a huge bonus for us – as an organisation we are keen to digitise - but this is not a barrier to a great candidate. We are seeking someone who understands that reporting is a key role in assurance; its not just about the data, it’s about the story.
