Programme Coordinator

Job Introduction

We are looking for a motivated candidate to support the coordination and administration of senior briefings, meetings and approvals that are needed to deliver the portfolio of projects led by the Combined Authority.

This is an exciting opportunity located at the heart of the Mayoral Combined Authority whose mission is to deliver for the residents of the region through the Metro Mayor’s priorities. You will work closely with team members and engage with colleagues and projects at all levels and across the whole organisation as well as our Unitary Authority and regional partners.

You will need to be well organised and motivated by the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment and inspired by the opportunity to work with senior colleagues and support the decision-making process.

We are looking for someone who is confident, resilient and a great communicator able to provide a quality service and products as well as guidance and support to colleagues navigating the briefing and decision-making process.
