Programme Co-ordinator

Job Introduction

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with strong communication skills to join the Chief Executive’s office.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the performance management reporting process in line with WECA’s monitoring & evaluation plan and risk management framework, as well providing support to key meetings. Developing administrative processes to ensure accurate plans and briefings are presented with actions followed up will require confident liaison with colleagues across the organisation.

Supporting the operations of the Chief Executive’s and Mayor’s Office is a busy and diverse role, and you will need to be responsive, able to prioritise effectively and be comfortable dealing with senior managers and partners.

This is a fixed term contract up to 12 months for maternity cover.
