Job Introduction
The South West Net Zero Hub provides impartial advice, technical support and funding to public and not-for-profit organisations, to develop projects that accelerate emission reductions and enable the transition to a more sustainable future. This is a crucial time in the delivery of net zero. To that end we’re seeking two passionate and committed net zero professionals to join our team, to assist partners in the South West region.
• Do you have expertise in the energy or wider net zero sectors, and experience of managing projects?
• Do you pride yourself on establishing trusted relationships with stakeholders?
• Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a small team of dedicated professionals collaborating with public sector and community organisations to solve complex interlinked challenges in the region?
• Do you want to be a force for change by applying your energy, skills, and expertise to drive the net zero agenda in the southwest?
The role of the Hub is wide ranging in remit and scope and would suit a technical specialist in the areas of generation, heat, district heating and building decarbonisation utilising a broad range of skills that will assist in the delivery of net zero projects for the region.
