Relationship Officer- Adult Education Team

Job Introduction

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Relationship Officer - Adult Education, to join the Business and Skills team. Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:

  • Supporting the development of relationship and performance management practices in relation to other programmes delivered by the Combined Authority
  • Developing and implementing key processes that support Combined Authority Adult Education Provision including Open and Closed Application Processes.
  • Ensuring that providers meet the priorities of the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority when delivering Adult Education to WECA residents 
  • Completing both recurring and ad hoc analyses of data and intelligence to inform the processes set out above
  • Providing a route for ongoing communication between the Adult Education team and the providers within the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority

Are you someone who has experience of working with external organisations to monitor their performance to determine and / or agree approaches to address any performance issues or who has experience of undertaking data analysis, including using data from a variety of internal and external sources, to support performance management and ultimately always focuses on delivery?
