Job Introduction
The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Relationship Officer Skills Bootcamp, to join the Skills Bootcamp and Multiply team. Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:
- Supporting the Skills Bootcamp Team to distribute funding to providers for the purpose of delivering of Skills Bootcamps
- Developing relationships with training providers, employer providers, Colleges and other organisations to ensure the smooth delivery of Skills Bootcamps
- Ensuring that providers performance is monitored on a regular basis, giving support where required, and by liaising with other members of the team
- Completing meeting notes, performance reviews and other documentation which will support the performance monitoring process
- Providing support to the project officer to ensure the smooth delivery of Skills Bootcamps
Are you someone who Able to interact in a confident and credible manner with providers and partner organisations at senior leadership team level, able to work both independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and ultimately always focuses on delivery?
