Resourcing Partner

Job Introduction

The West of England Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Resourcing Partner, to join the People and Assets team. This role will be supporting the delivery of Mayoral priorities by ensuring appropriate resource and workplace strategies are in place. Your key responsibilities in this role would be:

  • Working to the Resourcing Manager, you will lead a highly efficient recruitment process, with a clear focus across our infrastructure directorate.
  • You will provide expert advice to senior managers on recruitment campaigns.
  • You will influence and lead on the creation and deployment of workforce plans.
  • You will support the Resourcing Manager to deliver key projects.
  • You will lead the workforce contingency optimising various talent pipelines into the organisation.  
  • You will support the Resourcing Manager to deploy an Early Careers scheme, such as an apprenticeship and graduate scheme.
