Technical Support Officer

Job Introduction

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Technical Support Officer, to join the Low Carbon Business Support team. Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:

  • supporting delivery of Carbon Surveys and grants to small and medium businesses and charities in the region,
  • assisting customers with survey bookings and utility data,
  • supporting with calculations to estimate potential carbon savings from various carbon reduction measures for grant applications and grant claims,
  • maintaining accurate technical data models for reporting and information requests.
