Job Introduction
The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Transport Operations Officer. As part of the Integrated Transport Operations Team, your key responsibilities would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by helping us to deliver a first class local bus network for the region.
We are busy delivering an exciting package of BSIP investment, focussed on improving the 'passenger experience' of our bus network. This role will deliver both digital and printed information to passengers to help them with their journeys.
Your role will focus on the planning and design of printed publicity, such as public transport travel guides and leaflets. You will be responsible for the graphic and product design of information across various media and you will support the planning and roll out of exciting new products within tight deadlines. You will be experienced in graphic design, product design and all the relevant Adobe creative software such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. You will also have experience in preparing products for printing and have good knowledge of accessibility requirements for both online and printed documents.
