Transport Operations Officer (Passenger Experience)

Job Introduction

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Transport Operations Officer to join their Integrated Transport Operations Team. Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by helping the team to deliver a first class local bus network for the region.

We are busy delivering an exciting package of BSIP investment in improvements to the 'passenger experience' of our bus network. A key focus of this role will be to support the team's work in providing modern, innovative and high quality information to travelling passengers. This will be across our various information platforms, including both digital and printed media. Your work will include a balance of office-based work alongside work on site to keep our information points up-to-date.
