Job Introduction
The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint two Transport Operations Officers, to join their Integrated Transport Operations Team.
Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor, by helping to deliver a first class passenger experience for our public transport users.
Our Transport Operations Officers work closely with the transport operators within the region and deliver essential passenger information and journey planning tools, across a range of different media platforms. This includes everything from our website and apps, Real Time Information (RTI) system, through to our timetable displays at bus stops.
It's an exciting time to join the Combined Authority, as we are also busy delivering some significant improvements to our public transport network, funded through our Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) programme.
